Where deeper analysis is required, the Enterprise Capability & Maturity Assessment provides a structured, evidence-based assessment of current capabilities, future requirements, constraints, dependencies and gaps.
The resulting evidence can then inform an Enterprise Adaptive Capability Transformation Programme, providing a structured path from the organisation's current state toward the capabilities it needs for the future.
